Accommodation Passes
The best way to see New Zealand
Design an itinerary around your interests, available time and budget with a selection of accommodation passes. The accommodation passes feature a large number of member properties acorss New Zealand. Passes may either be pre-booked or alternatively, travel at your own pace booking accommodation as you go. Simply select from the four passes on offer, depending on your preference for motel, hotel or apartment accommodation. Within each pass option, you'll also be able to select a grade of accommodation to suit your budget. To assist with your planning, each of the accommodation passes has been detailed, wth property locations set out on the map below.
How the passes work
Passes are easy to use and allow you to design your very own itinerary. They must, however, be purchased prior to arrival in New Zealand. Once you have decided on your itinerary, refer to the map above in order to see which pass has member properties in the cities and/or towns you wish to visit. Please note that it is also possible to mix and match passes so that you can have some nights of one pass and some nights of another.
Pre-booked passes
If you have a good idea of where you want to tavel in advance you may prefer to pre-book your accommodation - for either your first night or all nights - with Jetabout Holidays. This should be done through your tour consultant before you pay for your holiday.
Simply follow these easy steps:
1. Decide on the cities/towns in which you require accommodation by referring to the map above. 2. Select the pass or passes which best fit your itinerary in this page. 3. Then select the pass category which best meets your needs and budget. 4. Now you are in a position to give your tour consultan clear instructions so that he/she can pre-book your pass accommodation.
Open-dated passes
~ Once an accommodation pass has been purchased, you will receive a directory with your Tour East documentation. ~ Simply consult the directory to select suitable properties. ~ Then make your reservations direct at least 24-48 hours in advance with each property as you go. You will need to advise your credit card details in order to guarantee your reservation. ~ If you intend to arrive after 6.00pm you must phone ahead with your estimated time of arrival to ensure that your reservation is held.
Cancellation
Passes will be non refundable when: ~ Passengers fail to cancel and 'no-show', or ~ Bookings are cancelled within 24hours^ of arrival.
^ Some Choice Hotels Australasia hotels require three days notice.
